Drop us a line, we actually read it.
Locara is a small team. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of us, you will get a person, and usually the same person twice. Tell us what it is about and write a line, no account needed.
The best channel for almost everything: a report that looks wrong, a locality we do not cover yet, or a bug. Writing gives us the detail we need to actually fix it.
Phone
Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST. Best for something urgent, or an account you cannot get into. Outside those hours, email.

Post and legal notices. Please email before visiting, we are often out walking the localities we write about.

How long we take
Honest numbers rather than flattering ones. These are what we hit most of the time, not a best case.
- 2 working daysUsually the same day if you write in the morning.
- Phone
- 10:00–18:00 ISTMon–Fri. Missed calls get a callback the same day.
- DPDP request
- 30 daysAcknowledged within 3 working days, usually resolved well inside 30.
If we have gone quiet on you for more than three working days, chase us on the phone. That is not us ignoring you; it is a small team and something has slipped.
Before you write in about a report
Two things that will save us both a round trip. First, check whether the figure you are questioning carries a confidence flag, where our data is thin, we say so on the report itself, and a low-confidence number being approximate is expected rather than a bug. Second, include the locality name and the exact figure you are looking at, because reports are regenerated and yours may not match ours by the time we read your mail.
And to be clear about what Locara is for: our reports are a research starting point, not a substitute for visiting a place or for professional advice before a purchase. The terms of service set that out properly.
